Festus Marazere has partnered with well-reputed Logistic partners for shipping services, to ensure that all our art painting products reach clients in the best of conditions with no damages. We also use the best quality packaging material from reliable suppliers that conduct testing of package worthiness before using them for shipping and delivery of our art painting products.
In case clients are not satisfied with the quality of the art painting delivered to them, we welcome them to send an email at fmarazere1@gmail.com, and we will definitely address the issue on a case by case basis as soon as possible.
Festus Marazere is not liable for delays in delivery by the logistics partner, we only guarantee to give the consignment to the courier service provider within 2 working days from the date of the order. All home delivery orders will be directed to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order online and should reach the client in a maximum of six business days.
- Festus Marazere does not charge any separate Shipping Charges on top of the amount shown at the time of placing the order.
- We are also not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Orders placed during business hours are eligible for priority delivery in New Jersey.
